With over 30 years of experience, I specialize in various areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions. I use evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and achieve lasting change.
